Lane Rickard proudly announced a successful first half of 2003, with his newly-formed Power Plus Sound & Lighting, Inc. This represents a return to the event production business by Mr. Rickard for his own account after several years working for a San Diego based event production company.
The new business was off to a fast start with events that included business meetings for Sunn Microsystems and Motorola, sound and lighting on the “Rockin’ Road House” tour, stadium events for the Padres and Chargers and the NFL alumni banquet and owners party for Super Bowl XXXVII.
Mr. Rickard noted that with cutting edge equipment and a talented production staff, Power Plus Sound & Lighting, Inc. is ready to provide technical production services and equipment for any business or entertainment event, large and small.
“Event production today is no longer about renting speaker boxes and lighting fixtures,” continued Rickard. “It’s about listening to your client, understanding their vision and providing the right solution.”
